Westwoods provides a diverse range of electrical services as well as management of other facility related maintenance.

Our company has been operating and growing since May 1989 and currently employs 85 staff. Westwoods also utilises the services of trusted subcontractors, as well as maintaining a panel of specialist service suppliers and consultants. Services are provided across Victoria including the Melbourne Metro and provincial areas.

Westwoods aim is to provide its clients with a seamless experience from project start through to completion. Our team has a customer service-based mindset, ensuring customer needs are met on both small to large projects.

We currently service a broad range of clients spanning most industries and industry sectors. Services include project work in commercial, industrial construction, scheduled and reactive maintenance, as well as critical environments.

Servicing data centres is a core part of our business with a dedicated team providing specialised services tailored to the unique needs of the industry. From HV installations and switching, UPS’s, generators, and DC systems right through to certified structured cabling systems, fibre optic cabling and               customer rack and stack’s our team can provide the right solution to meet customer requirements.

With the ever-changing electrical industry relying more and more on technology and automation, our company has evolved to include some in-house system integrators to take care of the integration and programming of our projects. 

Organically this grew and in  2020 Westwoods launched its automation division, Westwoods Automation. Specialising in all forms of commercial automation.

In response to client demand Westwoods provides facility management services supported by a 24/7 help desk.

Westwoods utilises a detailed Health & Safety Management System provided by Master Electricians Australia; “Safety Connect”. Safety Connect is a comprehensive in-house management safety system designed specifically for electrical contractors. We are also members of multiple industry & HSE groups including:
